These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of impactseed.co.za and the purchase of any products offered by ImpactSeed ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and Services
ImpactSeed sells digital products and monthly service subscriptions to churches and ministry leaders, including but not limited to:
- Downloadable ebooks and guides (one-time purchase)
- Done-With-You monthly retention system subscriptions
- Done-For-You monthly retention system subscriptions
2. Digital Product Delivery
Digital products (ebooks, templates, guides) are delivered electronically via email immediately after purchase. You will receive a download link at the email address you provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on downloadable products once the file has been accessed or delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it.
For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use our digital products for your own church or ministry. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share purchased products with others outside your organization
- Claim authorship of ImpactSeed content
- Use our products to build a competing service
- Share download links publicly
5. Monthly Service Subscriptions
For Done-With-You and Done-For-You subscriptions, the following applies:
- Services begin within 5 business days of successful payment
- You agree to provide access to any accounts or platforms necessary for us to deliver the service
- Ad spend (where applicable) is agreed upfront and billed separately or included as stated in your tier
- Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice
- We reserve the right to pause or terminate service if payment lapses beyond 7 days
6. Intellectual Property
All content on impactseed.co.za including text, graphics, ebooks, templates, and system workflows is the intellectual property of ImpactSeed. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "as is." We make no guarantee of specific results. Church growth outcomes depend on many factors outside our control including local context, congregation engagement, and ad performance. We commit to delivering the service as described but cannot guarantee specific visitor retention numbers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, ImpactSeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.
9. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. ImpactSeed does not store your payment card details.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
