These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of impactseed.co.za and the purchase of any product or service offered by ImpactSeed ("we", "us", "our"). ImpactSeed is a brand of RandR Trading (PTY) LTD (trading as ImpactSeed), a company registered in South Africa. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we sell
ImpactSeed sells its own products and services to churches and ministry leaders. We do not buy, sell, or resell third-party leads, contacts, or data. Our products and services include:
- Sermon-powered social media management (monthly subscription)
- Website creation - a DIY AI website builder (one-time purchase) or a done-for-you website build
- Google Ad Grant set-up and monthly management
- Sermon Flow - turning each sermon into search-ready web pages and shareable clips (one-time or monthly)
- Visitor Follow-Up - an automated six-week welcome for first-time visitors on WhatsApp and email
- Downloadable ebooks, guides and toolkits (one-time purchase)
2. Delivery
One-time digital products are delivered electronically, usually by email, after payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to give a valid email address at checkout. For monthly services, we begin set-up and delivery within 10 business days of your first payment, and keep you informed of progress.
3. Refunds and cancellation
Our full Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. In short: one-time digital products are final once delivered (except for a technical failure that prevented access); monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no penalty and run to the end of the paid month; and if we have not begun delivering a paid service within 10 business days, you may request a full refund of that payment.
4. Acceptable use
You may use our products for your own church or ministry. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share a purchased product outside your own organisation
- Claim authorship of ImpactSeed content
- Use our products to build a competing service
- Share private download or account links publicly
5. Your responsibilities on a managed service
For managed monthly services (social media, Ad Grant, done-with-you and done-for-you), you agree to give us the access we reasonably need to deliver the service, and to approve content where the service requires your approval. Nothing is published in your name without your approval where the tier states you approve first.
6. Advertising spend
Where a service involves paid advertising, the advertising spend is separate from our fee. It is paid to the advertising platform (for example Google or Meta) and is agreed with you upfront. The Google Ad Grant provides advertising credit from Google itself at no cost to you.
7. Intellectual property
All content on impactseed.co.za, including text, graphics, ebooks, templates and system workflows, is the intellectual property of ImpactSeed unless stated otherwise. The sermons, words, and brand you provide remain yours. No ImpactSeed content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without our written permission.
8. No guarantee of specific results
Our products are provided "as is". We commit to delivering each service as described, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as a set number of visitors, rankings, or growth, because these depend on factors outside our control including local context and congregation engagement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, ImpactSeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.
10. Payment processing
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers: Paystack (for payments in South African Rand) and PayPal (for payments in US Dollars). By completing a purchase, you also agree to the terms of the provider that processes your payment. ImpactSeed does not store your card details; they are handled by the payment provider.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
