ImpactSeed is built by a working pastor to help churches be found and keep the people they reach. This policy explains, in plain language, when you can cancel, when a refund applies, and how to ask for one. If we have not delivered what we promised, we will make it right.
Who we are
ImpactSeed is a brand of RandR Trading (PTY) LTD (trading as ImpactSeed), a company registered in South Africa. We sell our own products and services to churches and ministry leaders. We do not buy or resell third-party leads, contacts, or data.
One-time products (DIY Website Builder, toolkits, ebooks and guides)
One-time digital products are delivered electronically. Because a digital product cannot be returned once it has been downloaded or accessed, these sales are final once delivered.
Exception: if you did not receive your product, or a technical failure prevented you from accessing it, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will fix it straight away - we will either re-send the product or issue a full refund.
Monthly subscriptions (Social Media, Google Ad Grant management, Sermon Flow, Visitor Follow-Up, Done-With-You and Done-For-You)
You can cancel any monthly subscription at any time. There is no long contract and no cancellation fee. When you cancel:
- Your service continues until the end of the month you have already paid for
- No further payment is taken after you cancel
- We do not charge a cancellation fee or penalty
- We do not refund part-months for unused days inside a month that has already started
If we have not started delivering your service within 10 business days of your first payment, you are entitled to a full refund of that first payment. Contact us and we will process it within 5 business days.
Set-up fees
Where a once-off set-up fee applies, it is refundable in full if we have not yet begun your set-up. Once set-up work has started, the set-up fee is non-refundable because the work has been done.
What we do not refund
- One-time digital products once delivered and accessed (except the technical-failure case above)
- Part-months of a subscription after cancellation
- Advertising spend paid to Google, Meta or any third party (this is separate from our fee and agreed upfront)
- Services that have already been fully delivered as described

Please include your name, the email you used at purchase, your order or payment reference (from your Paystack or PayPal confirmation), and a short note about what you need. We aim to reply within 1 business day and to resolve every fair request within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paystack or PayPal.

We built ImpactSeed because every person a church loses is someone who needed to belong. If we have not delivered what we promised, tell us before assuming there is no fix - we would far rather make it right than lose your trust.
