ImpactSeed is committed to delivering real value to every church we serve. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request one.
Digital Products (Ebooks and Templates)
All digital product sales (including "Gone for Good" and the DIY template package) are final once the file has been delivered or accessed. This is standard practice for digital goods because the product cannot be returned once downloaded.
Exception: If you did not receive your download or experienced a technical failure that prevented access, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will resolve it immediately - either by re-sending the file or issuing a full refund.
Monthly Subscriptions (Done With You / Done For You)
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel:
- Your service continues until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges are made after cancellation
- No partial-month refunds are issued for unused days within a paid period
- No cancellation fees or penalties apply
If we have not begun delivering your service within 10 business days of your first payment, you are entitled to a full refund for that month. Contact us and we will process it within 5 business days.
What We Do Not Refund
- Digital products once delivered and accessed
- Partial months of subscription after cancellation
- Ad spend costs (these are separate and managed by the church or agreed upfront)
- Services that have been fully delivered as described
How to Request a Refund
Contact us directly:
Email: info@impactseed.co.za
WhatsApp: +27 61 856 0854
Include: Your name, email used at purchase, order reference (from Paddle confirmation email), and a brief description of the issue.
We aim to respond within 1 business day and resolve all legitimate refund requests within 5 business days.
Our Commitment
We built ImpactSeed because we believe every visitor a church loses is a person who needed to belong. If we have not delivered what we promised, we will make it right. Contact us before assuming there is no resolution - we would rather fix it than lose your trust.
